Miniature cows & other weird things

So Shane is trying to sell a couple of his miniature cows right now. For those of you who are not as "farm smart" as I am, allow me to explain. Zebu cows are a specific breed of cattle & are the only naturally miniature ones. You can make other cows smaller by breeding them down --- taking the smallest and breeding to another small one, etc etc. These cows are mostly novelty - people have them just because. Sometimes people use the bulls to train on for junior rodeos - kids who wanna be bull riders.

Anyway - he is trying to sell his bull and one of the 'ladies'. So this will be interesting to see how interested people are right now. Maybe a nice side of ZEBU instead of turkey for Thanksgiving?

We have weird plans for thanksgiving.... we don't have anything actually happening on the allmighty TurkeyDay itself. We are going to Star Valley to mix it up with the Reeves family - but they are doing their consuming on Saturday. Then we're hoping to rendexvous with Karen & her family along with Nathan & the Missus in IFalls on Sunday. We thought we might have a competition of doggie smarts, but after much thought I realized that would be entirely unfair to the other competitors. I mean - Karen & Scott have returned their dog like an old warn out outfit to Walmart....so they're out. And Duncan Donut is just too little to try and compete with my precious little Addie baby. AND _ she's the only lady so that automatically gives her a much much higher advantage. Shane's dog will just gallop around drooling on everything and knocking innocent children over with his mammoth whip of a tail.
