Turkey Day

So here we are again after the big Thanksgiving HOORAH.... Ironically, we didn't do anything on that specific day, but it was all good still. We were able to go up to Star Valley & do the Reeves thing on Saturday with Shane's family at the church bldg up there. Funny thing - they made us sit at these big LONG tables and the rule was you couldn't sit by anyone in your immediate family. (It was Shane's moms familys dinner) So you couldn't sit by your spouse or an in-law or anything. THEN you were supposed to find out something interesting about the person sitting next to you. So - awkward part #1 is deciding which unknown person you are going to sit by and then awkward part #2 is acting interested in their unknown little secret! So much fun I tell ya --- can't wait until net year!
Then he headed over to Ammon. Not the Book of Mormon charachter... the city. Thats where Karen and Scott live--- because they are very holy. Well, they were until we started playing a board game. And then we all found out what Scott is REALLY like! YIKES!!! *note to others....do NOT play a game with Scott where he has the opportunity to give feedback or talk very much at all!!! HAHAHA!!!!
No seriously we had a great time. I learned that Nathan's vocabulary consists of a few select phrases that he has deemed to be really really funny. These phrases include (and are limited to): "I dont know", "I'm just saying", and "I will smack you with two fingers on your fresh mouth". He is a special boy. Danica loves him at least.
