Okay - I'm trying to play "catch up" for being so bad about things I am thankful for. Recent events in our circle (family,friends...) has brought an awareness to me that I need to be more thankful for my good health & for Shane's good health. We might both be old and onry sometimes, but all things considered we are in good health and are able to take care of our children.
Some of you may know that I have been doing Weight Watchers since March when those people from BIGGEST LOSER decided not to put me on their show.... :( I could have been a SUPERSTAR!!!! That being said - I've travelled down the "I-don't-want-to-be-fat-anymore" road once again and thought it was worth reviewing my success so far. I find that sometimes when you have a really, really, really, really, really LONG way to go - that its helpful to notice the min-milestones as they occur. So here's a picture I took as part of my application to Biggest Loser and then a picture I took in my office on Friday. Helps me think that I am not so far away. I'm over half way to where I need to be and have lost SIXTY POUNDS! So a little pat on my slightly smaller back is definitely justified!

What are YOU thankful for????

Look at you skinny britches!
you must have a wicked hot butt right now. Good job on the weight thing. It takes willpower. To me, you will always be a superstar.
I wish I could figure out how to do that. Hopefully I'm right behind you sister.
