It finally feels like Christmas!

We finally had a teeny-tiny snow storm over this weekend and even though it was kind of a SLOW weekend at the Reeves Homestead - it was nice to have the environment help it feel more like Christmas!

Shane put up our Christmas tree the DAY after Halloween and that might have something to do with the lull in holiday spirit?!?! This picture was taken with my phone so its not that great - then again - getting all four boys to SIT still for anything is considered a Christmas miracle!!!

We spent some time relaxing this weekend at the hotel pool/hot tub. Usually when Shane's parents come down from Afton, they get a poolside room at the Best Western in Logan. We'll generally go over to swim and hang out in the hot tub as we have for almost 5 years now. I've never taken any pictures of the kids swimming --- mostly because WHO wants a camera anywhere near a swimming pool?!?!!?

Shane & Jack & Charlie in "the cold pool"

All of the boys playing in the big pool - I sat the adventure out that day.

Relaxing in the hot tub -- they could LIVE in this thing if we let them!

Incase I don't post before Christmas and in case there are any readers of this blog - I hope you have a wonderful Christmas & that you try to keep the true meaning in your heart! We are a truly blessed people who always have our daily needs met which is more than some will ever have in their lives. Its all about your perception of what you have been given.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

for your calendar next year the live nativity is so close to your new house - 800 W. 2800 S. Nibley. They only did it 3 nights and took canned food for admittance or $1 per person. I am surprised you didn't hear about it in your Nibley newsletter.
